Welcome to Pivot Your Path. By creating an account and booking a session, you agree to these terms. We are here to work together to help you move forward, but it is important to have clear boundaries for our journey.

We provide coaching services designed to facilitate personal and professional growth.

• Scope: Coaching is a partnership focused on developing strategies and achieving goals.
• Not Medical Advice: You understand that coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you need medical or psychological help, please consult a licensed professional.

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours.

• Cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel a session up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.
• No-Shows: Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will generally count as a "used" session or may be subject to a fee, at our discretion. For an emergency cancelation please write to us at support@pivotyourpath.com. We are human-centric and realize life is unpredictable.

• Fees: Prices for paid programs will be clearly communicated before purchase.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of the time and effort involved, coaching fees are generally non-refundable once the session or program has commenced, unless otherwise stated in a specific program agreement.

Any worksheets, guides, or materials provided to you are for your personal use only. They are the intellectual property of Pivot Your Path and may not be shared, sold, or distributed without permission.

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Pivot Your Path and our coaches are not liable for any specific results or outcomes. We enable you to make your own decisions, and your actions are owned by you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your City, e.g., Leuven/Brussels].
